Research, review, and provide support in the development of requests for proposals grant opportunities that align with CAUW grant initiatives and impact work. Review grantee quarterly reports to ensure that agencies are on track with grant initiatives, and implement program improvement plans as required.Provide support in training, organizing, and preparing volunteer meetings and events; respond to the needs of grant review volunteers by proactively providing information in response to requests; assist with lead agency and program site visits with grant review volunteers.Provide technical assistance and training to current and potential grantees.Utilize grant management software, eCImpact, to manage volunteers, build forms, analyze data, and review applications for funding.Manage projects for CAUW’s internal programs and initiatives such as Vello, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, Character Playbook, disaster management, 2-1-1, SingleCare, Geaux Save, United4Vets, and United We Feed.Facilitate stakeholder conversations to gather data on community barriers and strategies.Identify possible collaborations, coalitions and partnerships that would advance CAUW’s impact agenda, and represent CAUW at community and coalition group meetings.Provide volunteer management training sessions for non-profits.
