Utility Connect Provides a Simple Yet Complementary Solution for Setting Up Various Utility & Home Services.Helping homeowners and renters set up various services for their new home for over 12 years. Utility Connect offers a simple solution for setting up not only utilities, but also home services including security, insurance, cleaning services, lawn care, and more.The service is complimentary, and allows the experience of renting and home buying to be vastly improved. When a request is submitted, there is a needs assessment completed. The concierge will then provide assistance from start to finish. The first role of the concierge will be to determine all of the services available at the client’s new address. They will then help find deals and promotions in your area from available providers.The client will have the ability to pick and choose between the different services, as well as enrolling with the different companies. An assigned concierge will handle all enrollments, allowing the client to focus on their move.As a Real Estate Broker, I have found this not only adds value to my services and saves me time, it saves my client time and stress. I am a huge proponent of anything that makes the process of moving less stressful for my clients. I was so impressed with this service that I have partnered with Utility Connect to bring it to an even larger audience and spread the word to my Real Estate colleagues and Real Estate related companies.

NO HIDDEN FEES -NO STRINGS ATTACHED! ( I also give 5% to the HOMES FOR HEROES FOUNDATION to help on a national level.) In addition, I have built a TEAM OF LOCAL ANCILLARY SERVICE PROVIDERS that want to give back. Mortgage providers, no processing fees ($500) and/or credited appraisal cost ($500 ) - Title Company, waive the closing fee ($450) - Inspectors, Home Warranties, Home Watch, Cleaning, Pest Control, etc. and the list is growing. I am so grateful to have been blessed in the Naples real estate industry for the past 20 years. I love the Naples community and I want to give back in a way that I am able.
