Kristi is one-of-a-kind type of employee that any organization would be lucky to have on team. She is dedicated, customer/patient focused, and one of the most reliable people I have had the pleasure to have on my team. I have known her for over 15 years and had the pleasure to work alongside her with a co-promote, as a direct counterpart, and then as her Regional Director. Her personalized style of interactions with customers/teammates builds quick relationships and a trusting environment that helps others feel like her partner rather than customer. She is a great thought partner, clear communicator, and dedicated to doing what is the best for patients. I have seen her personal drive when we designed a development plan to move from sales to a reimbursement role. She did the work, learned the role, was a self-taught scholar and then moved into an Alzheimer's reimbursement role when the company launched a new division. She was immediately successful and developed fast relationships with the key accounts and she worked tirelessly to orchestrate the needs of patients with infusion centers. Any organization would be fortunate to have her skills, expertise, and work ethic. I hope I am lucky enough to work with her again someday and would recommend her at the highest degree. Please reach out anytime if I can provide additional insights to Kristi. She is truly one of a kind!

I have had the great pleasure to work with Kristi as her direct first line supervisor for the last nearly two years. Kristi is truly a MVP on the team. Her learning agility is amazing and her growth in this role in absorbing and executing new to her concepts in access and reimbursement over the last two years has been amongst the best I’ve ever seen in someone formally taking on this role for the first time. Kristi is one of the most talented problem solvers, always thinking ahead to potential downstream hurdles and strategizing for how to solve them. But she isn’t one who goes it alone when she encounters something new. She is never afraid to pick up the phone and seek other peer insights or would call me or another leader to run her ideas past someone as a good check to her thought process. She also asks very thoughtful, timely and appropriate questions to build her own acumen. The whole team truly benefits from the questions she poses in team meetings. Her collaborative field teams adore her and for good reason. Kristi follows through and communicates regularly. She keeps deadlines and lets her team know where she is when pulling a project through or working with a customer account. Kristi is also one of the first to let her access and reimbursement peers know when she learns something of value that could benefit the whole team. She shares information freely and proactively with her teams. Kristi is a joy to work with for all who have the pleasure. In the future, I would without hesitation put Kristi on any team I was building, reimbursement or otherwise. If she doesn’t know it already, I know her learning curve is very short. In no time, she will be right up there with other subject matter experts. Kristi is a rare talent and all of us are better for working with her. She will raise the bar for any team lucky to have her join them!! If I can provide any further insight on Kristi as a candidate for a role, please reach out to me.
