Teaching 45-minute spin classes. I choreograph each class by incorporating fun exercise movements while on a stationary bike. Each track is paced by different levels of resistance through songs and their BMP. These classes benefit the client's cardiovascular health. I encourage each client to move their body in a healthy and positive way to help them become the best version of themselves physically and mentally.

I gained hands-on experience in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of running a business and selling merchandise. I spear-headed pūrvelo's first photoshoot in a natural environment to market the “lifestyle" category for the Summer 2022 activewear collection. In turn, this photoshoot helped to rebrand the website content and showcase the new merchandise in an interactive way. To better target consumers, I redesigned the website’s features to incorporate elements that consumers would want to see, such as product descriptions, featured materials, and model sizes, making it more user-friendly. I digitally designed the “surprise and delight” elements for the packaging while also being responsible for maintaining inventory for retail and shipping out all the packages daily. I created new content for pūrvelo's social media platforms, such as TIK TOKs, Instagram posts, Reels, etc. I was responsible for recruiting all influencers for all the store locations and around the United States. I created a relationship with these influencers, leading to a partnership where we effectively promoted the merchandise and company through different social media platforms. Lastly, I designed the Fall/ Winter 2022 Collection, incorporating athletic wear and their first loungewear line. Through the design process, I was also responsible for creating the buying and assortment plan for September 2022 to December 2022. I analyzed the summer 2022 collection and previous years’ sales to forecast the upcoming seasoning sales and budget out each item for the new collection. From the analysis, I was approved to select the items that would be a part of the assortment. I effectively communicate and build connections with manufacturers to produce quality garments I sourced. When it came to the company’s financial aspect, I determined product pricing, analyzed the return on investments, sourced inventory, and negotiated price points with different manufacturers. I applied both my creative expertise and business operations skills through the completion of my internship. I helped rebrand the company’s image and identity to aline with the desired target market. Through analyzing the target consumers, I created more desirable designs for the brand logo and each product. I made mood boards to inspire the photoshoots to market the new products and company image. I took part in deciding the final look of the product, packaging, and website layout. I used Adobe to design the first “surprise and delight” elements found in each package shipped out. I created the boxes to match the brand image, developed stickers in Photoshop and Illustrator, and personalized the “thank you” notes that come with each product. I was responsible for finding the company’s first celebrity and social media influencers. I used my communication and networking skills to connect and build relationships with each influencer to market the new products. Additionally, I maintained inventory and product descriptions through Excel, as well as presented a competitor analysis to the leadership team and suggested new concepts for the company to implement, increasing their competitive advantage. I examined each product the company made and developed categories and sub-categories to better characterize the use of each product type. In the digital marketing space, I created content for the website, managed the company’s social media accounts, and created videos for the company to enter the TIK TOK space. Show less

Provided food and beverage services to over 300 customers daily in the Auburn Alabama downtown area. I made sure to provide quality services, whether taking an order at the register, on the phone, or even running out the food to each customer. Building relationships with each customer's helped facilitate a positive environment. I was able to use my cognitive understanding while working on exposition to make sure each order was correct before being given to a customer. I worked with a team that taught me how to efficiently communicate with my co-workers, which was key to helping allow all moving parts to work smoothly to make sure clients were provided the best service every time.
