  Successfully completed four CHP BIT inspections with zero violations and one surprise DOT inspection as the sole representative with each inspector for the duration of inspection. Transitioned the entire company over to current ELD laws by testing products, switching the company over by installing ELDS along with mechanic, programmed entire fleet and drivers into new Samsara system. Trained our dispatch and office on new system for secure tracking, GPS reports, and live vehicle location. Maintained compliance at all times by tracking each CDL drivers logs while helping to ensure future trips would not put the CDL driver into violation. Managed fleet daily by tracking all DVIR submitted, cross compared vehicle schedule and order parts, then assigned the fleet mechanic his daily “to do “ list ensuring the fleet was operating at the highest Responsible for HR duties for over 190 employees.
