Kristen is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a way of lighting up any room with her positive energy, always making you smile with her funny antics, I always looked forward to seeing her 1st thing in the morning which would make my day. Kristen and I worked together for about 4 Years, when I first started with the company she was head of Customer Service and was promoted to Director of Sales a few years later. She is an expert in her field, a team player, and all that have worked with her love her. I was always amazed at her ability to manage a huge work load yet making it seem seamless and relaxed. She has this amazing personality that people are automatically drawn to. It was such a pleasure working with her and if given the opportunity I would work with her again. Kristen has a great work ethic always committed and focused on timely delivery and is extremely organized. Overall Kristen would be an asset to any team or organization and as someone who’s worked with her directly, I am happy to give her my highest recommendation.

Having known and worked with Kristen for quite some time, I am so appreciative of her ability to be an instant ray of sunshine and breath of fresh air, both professionally and personally. I was first struck by her kindness and creativity before quickly recognizing her honestly, loyalty, and general business acumen. If I were to start my own business from the ground up—regardless of the industry—Kristen would be one of my first hires.

While my time in this role was cut short due to the pandemic, I worked closely with my sales and marketing colleagues to cultivate branded activations, implement incentives to increase return customer percentages for private and experiential bookings, and capitalize on social and industry trends for monthly promotions. Additionally, I contracted FIT and resale clients and established net rates, created affiliate-specific booking methods for the benefit of their customers, and ensured billing accuracy through regular audits; these relationships were monitored through the Zoho CRM platform. I was eager to follow through on the big projects my team and I had planned before the shutdown. And I'm grateful that this role gave me every opportunity to work with determined, creative individuals who, like me, thrive on collaboration, creative and adaptive problem solving, and who recognize that guest satisfaction is paramount to team success. I worked with representatives from state and local agencies to form long- term recovery committees; ad hoc groups of volunteers who would continue with the local recovery efforts once the federal agencies had completed their mission. These groups would work to help resolve disaster- caused unmet needs for applicants in their communities.
