As a creative director, my expectations for account people are pretty simple: Obey my requests and cover all travel arrangements and expenses. Kristen delivers on those expectations and goes well beyond. She skillfully balances the roles and responsibilities of her position; that is, Kristen clearly understands the clients’ needs, recognizes what must be done to create relevant and effective connections with the target audience, and primarily acts as a trusted advocate for the agency. In short, she always collaborates to do the right thing in every situation—which ultimately sets her high above the average account person. Kristen has a gift for making everyone and everything better. That’s why clients, vendors, and agency teammates (including creative directors) enjoy working with her and appreciate what she brings to the party.
