  CREATIVE SERVICES DESIGNERAs the creative services designer for LifeWay Church, I design, write and edit copy, and produce church and ministry projects. These materials include flyers, booklets, web banners and other graphics, social media posts, illustrations, and logos. Through consultation with ministry leaders, I determine long-term goals and scheduling for creative projects, develop the creative scope and technical demands of those projects, and either produce the projects in-house or coordinate production through outside vendors. I am also responsible for all final copy editing and print finishing for any marketing and congregational materials designed by the individual church ministries and by the office staff.WORSHIP TEAM COORDINATORPersonnel:- Serve as a liaison between the team at large and the team leaders, including the worship pastor- Schedule a rotating pool of weekly worship team leaders, musicians, and sound/tech team, using Planning Center Online- Initiate and follow through with the formal onboarding process for new members- Communicate news and updates to the team on a weekly or as-needed basis- Address team or individual concerns, conflicts and grievances- Schedule teams as needed for special worship services and eventsServices:- Select and schedule songs through Planning Center Online- Maintain detailed records of songs and keys used (per week, per worship leader, per arrangement)- Research new and/or thematic music and other worship elements for upcoming services; communicate new music to worship leaders- Arrange weekly order of service- Research, plan and coordinate details as needed for special services or worship eventsMaterials:- Prep and print music for weekly rehearsals- Create weekly slide presentation using Proclaim- Create and maintain music binders for each team leader and member- Review and remove outdated materials- Prep the stage for Sunday service- Prep materials as needed for special services or events Show less
