It is such an honor to be part of NASA's next historical launch to the moon as the Project Integration Analyst for the Artemis program. In the management of day to day data analytics for the Interfaces team within the Cross System Integration program my duties include: - Supporting multiple NASA offices including: Cross System Integration (CSI), Flight Test Working Group (FTWG), Dynamic Test and Modal Sensitivity Study (DTaMSS), and the Enterprise Verification and Validation Team (EVVT) across multiple NASA centers such as Marshall Space Flight Center, Glenn Research Center, Kennedy Space Center, Johnson Space Center, and NASA Headquarters. - Linking with leadership and personnel to support integration activities such as schedule and risk management, developing deliverables, and configuration management on program development - Creating monthly program reviews, presentations and memos, maintains listings/documentation trees, maintains all electronic and paper records, and tracks monthly emails/events all while maintaining confidential and sensitive information. - Maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and Earned Value Reporting matrices and preparing visualizations to assist in analyzing problems - Supporting SharePoint sites for program office stakeholders by loading and organizing data - Planning and setting up Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and performs Earned Value Management (EVM) data analysis Show less

Within the first month of my employment at CCI, I received the honor of being assigned the role of mentor for our team. I was also selected to participate in their 2-day leadership video conference, as well as engaging in their mentorship program. CCI’s mentorship program last for about 2 years and helps prepare employees to make sound management decisions for a future management role. I quickly began making CCI’s policies and procedures more streamlined and efficient. I made it a goal to take their procedures and simplify them. I wanted to decrease human error as much as possible. I use their data warehousing software, Practice Analytics, daily to create reports and metrics to audit for accuracy. I have also developed great knowledge on how to work and utilize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Show less

I gathered and presented monthly reports for the billing management so they could visually see how my averages looked. I worked diligently to keep my accounts receivable days for my 3 clinics below 45 days. The three clinics combined made a total revenue of $145,000 monthly. I exhibited great flexibility for ALH by supporting other clinics so they too could meet their deadlines. My deadlines were never a burden to me and was always able to keep within their timeframe.
