Kristen has incredible adaptability with staff, administration and clinical co-workers which lets her excel in health information and revenue cycle operations. Kristen is a pleasure to work with because her pleasant and positive attitude makes nearly any work seem fun and interesting. She usually becomes the leader of projects and always handles the position fairly by making sure everyone has equal participation and input. My experience in working with her is that Kristen always takes the initiative to make sure her work is done exceptionally well. She also makes sure she is thoroughly prepared to participate in discussions, meetings and follow up. Due to her love of healthcare and determination to communicate well, Kristen is relentless to be a positive leader making her a great addition to a team environment. I have enjoyed watching the way she has grown and excelled in her career across the healthcare revenue cycle both on the hospital and physician side. With her abilities, work ethic, and perseverance, Kristen makes an exceptional consultant.
