At DataGrail, we believe in a world where people can be in control of their privacy and identity. We're developing the privacy platform modern brands rely on to build customer trust and transparency. We untangle the complexity of data privacy and help brands build privacy programs that work, giving them an easy-to-use platform to scale privacy and stay compliant with regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA. - Ruby on Rails - React with Typescript - Python (Fast API) At DataGrail, we believe in a world where people can be in control of their privacy and identity. Leading a computational modeling and simulation effort for cyber security efforts. Modeling and simulation efforts focus on flight/ground systems. The modeling efforts will help generate design specifications, help understand limitations of current technologies, and discover expanded specifications for current technologies in order to scale them to future states. Current work is focusing on subjects such as: communication networks, computer system architectures, security and machine learning while working in NASA's Ground Based System's branch as well as the ARMD Cybersecurity team. Designing, as secure as possible, architecture for emerging computer systems. I am also focused on research into safe and secure autonomous vehicles as well as secure wireless communication infrastructures. Topics I work on include: block chain, PKI, Markovian decision processes, adversarial machine learning and reinforcement learning. Show less

The risk assessments are a collection of computer mathematical models that span from multi-attribute decision models to dispersion models for particles within an indoor space. Led a team of 9 people to produce a .Net web site, using the MVC (model view control) design pattern, for data analytics using the software lifecycle and in an agile development environment. I focused on writing the data processing libraries. This included collecting data from a database and storing it in a custom binary format that reduced initial file size. I identified a more optimal storage structure for the raw data that resulted in a smaller memory footprint and reduced read time.I also have written several .Net Standard libraries for various tasks. Most of these libraries can be utilized by multiple users at the same time. I have written several RESTful web APIs with security and quality as primary goals. Most of my focus has been on algorithm development regarding expansions on algorithms such as LSI (latent semantic indexing) and PCA (principle component analysis) which are key components to natural language processing. In addition to algorithm development for this project I led the UI design for the website. We completed this front end using Vue.js and the Bulma CSS library. Show less

I updated mathematical models for inhalation, ingestion, dermal, and radiation exposure hazards. While updating the models I expanded capabilities which increased accuracy as well as updating and acquiring new data from subject matter experts to use as input for the expanded capabilities. I designed and developed graphical user interfaces (GUI) for mathematical models and data analytics using a MVVM design pattern for WPF using C#. I wrote a library that optimized the placement of detectors based on detector, geographical and simulation data. The library would find optimal solutions based on a set of defined metrics. The user was able to choose from our predefined metric set and corresponding weights or configure a new metric and weight set. I completed this task within 2 months since it was a more robust, versatile, and accurate version of a tool written in C++. The library may sold with bio detectors that Battelle sells, to optimize their locations.I completed mathematical model testing for accuracy, validation and performance. This included writing numerous unit tests for various mathematical models as well as optimizations to increase performance. Tools used to complete performance testing were Visual Studio's built in performance tester and JetBrains tool suite.I wrote scripts in Python to process mathematical model input and output data, and to produce graphs for presentations. Most of my Python scripts used libraries such as SciPy, NumPy and Plotly. I also have some experience in C++, this was my first language and all of our mathematical models are written in C++. Developed software that NASA engineers will use to generate plots to analyze test data from facilities on the lab. The software read in data files produced by the integrated data system. The user was allowed to selected as many channels of input as they wanted to generate plots for each test run completed in the facility. The program was also used to complete a data analysis on the previously run Honeywell design of experiment data points recorded in the very first ice crystal icing test. This test was conducted in the Propulsion Systems Laboratory at NASA Glenn Research Center. Software was developed in MATLAB using their UI development components. Show less
