Started as a holiday hire and was brought on as a regular employee. Was soon promoted to a keyholder position. Less than a year later, I was promoted to Asst. Store Manager. After a year and half as Asst, I was offered the Store Manager position. I consistently exceeded sales and profit plan and directly oversaw the operational success of a 1.5 million dollar store. I excelled in customer service and was in the top 2% in the company for Service Matters, a survey that determines customer experiences in the stores. I went above and beyond for every guest that entered my store. I trained associates that went on to management positions at the store.
