Kristen and I got hired on the same day at Patina Restaurant Group and became fast friends. We worked together remotely for nearly a year and a half redesigning everything from the leadership orientation to the company LMS. I had the wonderful pleasure of finally meeting her when she was sent out to LA on assignment. I had heard such unbelievable things about her I decided to challenge her with everything, from leading a leadership for sous chefs class to salesmanship for servers in three unit's doing over $40 million in annual revenue and she exceeded expectations every step of the way. She is a thoughtful and extremely, principled leader in every aspect of her job. Additionally, she has an insatiable work ethic and is hopelessly devoted to her people.
