Kristen worked as a contract manager, monitoring contracts funded by SAMHSA Block Grants. She was very detailed oriented and discovered areas of concern. She thoughtfully walk providers through plans of correction, amendments, and guided them in data collection processes. Kristen is also a great team member, supporting her co-workers' endeavors to ensure success for the agency. She co-chaired a monthly provider meeting demonstrating support of the providers and working along side program staff. I would highly recommend Kristen to any agency wanting to expand their team.
