      I am responsible for the management of up to 6 staff and ensuring they meet all KPI's; personal, team and business orientated. A secondary component to the role was the Technical aspect of reviewing and endorsing all decisions made in regards to pending claims. Complaints management and conferences / face to face meeting with employers to discuss and explain complex decisions were also undertaken on a daily basis. Ownership of the decision made and ensuring compliance with WorkCover legislation were large components of the role. My team were successful in ensuring KPI's were met from a Customer Service and Technical aspect for four years running.
