As Station Manager at KZSC, Kristan went far above and beyond her job description. Obviously very passionate about the radio station, Kristan spent much time improving the station in many, many ways. She brought in new staff, created new policies to better the staff and station, refined general rules and statutes, lead and improved staff meetings, and much more. Always helpful and accessible via her long office hours, Kristan became the go-to person for problems big and small - always there to help no matter what the issue. For more than a year, Kristan managed KZSC in the best way I can imagine. She guided the station through difficult times and it came out on a path for the better.
