      Plymouth is the largest municipality in Massachusetts by area and with a population of roughly 60,000 people and with it's major industry being tourism our small (but mighty) Public Health Department is never without something to do. I am first to interact with the public to figure out how to best assist. It can range from public record information, housing issues, to applying for the various licenses we regulate. Issuing well over 1000 different licenses from septic installers to retail and food establishments involves having extreme organizational and multitasking skills. I also keep the office schedule for the director, health agent and title v inspector. Payroll and accounting fall into my corner along with keeping track of the annual budget, payment entries, collecting and entering sensitive data and creating the departments purchase orders. I use technology to help make the day to day work load easier. I have advanced experience in: Munis (Tyler Technology), Zobrio Cashbook, Outlook, Wordpress, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Microsoft Office and I am both a MAC and PC user. Show less
