  In this position I managed a group of 13 researchers who were responsible for creating research and innovation projects for variety of fields having service business as a uniting factor. I got this position after the organisational change which created a new unit for development, research and innovation (RDI). This change was needed to succeed in more competitive field of funded research projects.In this position I was also responsible for recruitment, commucation, strategy development, and setting up performance metrics.
