My focus was to define and direct the customer support, product development, and implementation of our learning solutions, including:► Traditional Instructor-led Training ► LIVE Virtual Training ► Mentoring & Deskside Coaching ► Self-Paced Learning► Private Classes► On-Site Training In this capacity, I was responsible for directly managing a team of 10 customer service team members and instructors and for leading the full scope of operations for our centers in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Caribbean Region.
