Brian Goethel
Krista is a high energy professional. When I worked with her I was responsible for 10 operating facilities scattered around the USA. She stepped in as a corporate HR Business Partner to assist me with the turnaround of this division. She guided me through difficult terminations and provided me with good candidates as replacements. She traveled a lot to deal with on-site issues or prevent them. Krista set up the largest and most organized job fairs I have ever experienced. We were able to screen hundreds of candidates, get them in our system, interview them in breakout rooms and have them drug tested on the spot. Krista is also a great communicator. She is professional and fearless in communicating with the C-suite, hourly employees, or anyone in between. She is also a lot of fun to work with. She is very good at making you laugh. Krista was also there when the Oil & Gas market collapsed and we had to shut down several facilities and layoff hundreds of employees. She showed up with spreadsheets, action items, and scripts. Krista is a high potential, and high value employee who is a high impact player and continues to develop herself and those she manages. I cannot think of anyone I would recommend any higher than Krista.
