The Director of Human Resources is responsible for: Business and Strategic Management: Generate, implement and report on Strategic Plan goals and Scorecard targets related to human resources. Staffing and retention: Ensure organization obtains, onboards, develops and retains talent needed to meet its goals. Employee relations: Coach managers on positive employee relations. Create systems to resolve conflicts and complaints. Elicit employee input on business decisions. Design employee feedback mechanisms.
