I work with adult and adolecent clients with a variety of mental health and therapy needs. My specialties include recovery from domestic violence, toxic faith, women's issues, self actualization and sexuality. I approach clients in an eclectic manner, using a variety of therapy tools. I focus on using narrative as a way to process and heal from trauma, depression and anxiety as well as other struggles. • Intern Therapist

During my internship, I worked at a clinic dedicated to providing sex offender treatment to post-incarcerated adult males. As an intern therapist, I co-facilitated treatment groups and met with individual clients on a weekly basis in order to address issues that were not appropriate for the group settings. In many cases, this included processing their own childhood sexual abuse, hostility toward women and other personal mental health issues.
