  I began my restaurant career from the love of catering. I was a one man operation, only hiring staff for the event it self. I catered weddings, anniversary parties, High school reunions and other side jobs. As a stay at home mother with a preschooler and 2 toddlers, I also cooked lunch for the local school teachers. I have always enjoyed not only the cooking but the rush of running around like crazy doing everything on my own! Just move out of my way :) I began my restaurant career from the love of catering.
