Bio
Michelle Ferguson, MBA
I have had the privilege of working with Krista at the University of Indianapolis on the graduate enrollment team. Krista has displayed outstanding relationship building skills with students, staff, faculty in her role. I have seen first hand how organized, professional, and competent she is. She goes above and beyond in her position to help coworkers and students. She is truly an asset to the university!

I highly recommend Krista for any position working with students. Krista was my English professor for my first two semesters after a 20 year break from school. I was extremely intimidated as a 40 something student in an environment with the young students. I was just about ready to quit but after a conversation with Krista I decided to stick it out. She was always encouraging me and telling me my writing was good, I just needed to tweak some things. She’s honest, caring, and puts her students first. All of the students rave about her. After 4 tough years I graduated with my Bachelors degree at 44 years old. There’s no possible way I make it that first year without Krista. She would be a tremendous asset to any environment working with students.
