For instance, I organized batches of employees’ new hire paperwork, which included I-9, W-4, and State Tax forms, and separated direct deposit and 401K information from new hire packets into individual documents. In addition, I processed a number of void and reissue requests for checks and direct deposits and performed data validation of employee timecards, making modifications as needed. I also assembled and inputted data into the company's internal database in order to prepare Timecard Verification Reports as well as e-filed PDFs into shared project folders according to the Payroll Coordinators’ requests.
