  I started this charity to memorialize the civic contributions of my dad, Darryl Crabb. He was a life-long resident of Midland, MI and educator in the Midland Public School system. He was the long-time baseball coach at Jefferson Intermediate, but also coached football, track, and tennis at both Jefferson and Northeast Intermediate schools. The proceeds raised will be equally divided between MAYFL (Midland Area Youth Football League), the two Midland Little Leagues (Northwest Fraternal and Northeast), and the Darryl K and Mary Alice Memorial Trust at Trinity Lutheran Church in Midland, Our main fund-raising vehicle will be an annual golf and poker tournament. There will also be a free kid's 9 hole par 3 golf tournament so children can learn about the tradition of golf in a fun, family-friendly environment. Show less

  I was in charge of creating promotions and selling advertising for the Downtown Midland area as well as Midland based car dealerships. Events were designed to highlight Downtown and local businesses and subsequently increased ad placement and sales rates for the paper. I belonged to the Downtown Business Association Group and was responsible for creating the Chili and Salsa Taste-off, the Pumpkin Festival, the Art Walk, and was also Co-Chair of Mannequin Night.
