I've known and work with Krista for over a year. She has that charismatic and professionalism that would attract any company for her upper management skills and disposition. The way she approaches projects, tasks and logistics is very detailed and organized. Her impressive skill set on how she orchestrates multiple projects and assigning the appropriate resource to those projects on a daily basics, as well as holding each individual or individuals accountable for their participation as part of that project.
