Like most individuals getting out of active military service, I was quite concerned about finding the career field that best suited me. Krissie got me started through this process by providing several easy-to-use tools that helped me discover what it is that I wanted to do. She quelled a lot of fears by turning a seemingly daunting task into a simple, straightforward one. She further helped me through this transition by providing valuable résumé-writing tips and fine-tuning drafts of my résumé using the job opening. Krissie’s guidance enabled me to get an interview on my first job application in the civilian sector – an interview that ultimately led to my current position at a Fortune 100 company in a very competitive industry. The military told me to anticipate 6 – 12 months of unemployment after separating: Krissie cut that down to 1 month for me. Simply put, I would not have this job without her. She was professional, understanding, and always made herself available to answer questions throughout the entire process. If you are in need of any career-related advice, I HIGHLY recommend seeking out Krissie’s expertise to guide you through it; you will be glad you did.
