With the introduction of digital offers, Boots 1:1 communications has become more relevant and to customers. • My main responsibilities are the production of the Weekly emails across, UK, Ireland and International, also supporting Boots Treat Street by producing the weekly newsletters• Other responsibilities are for the nominations and samples process, working cross functionally with categories (in house team) and other marketing areas to further develop and deliver the process for weekly emails as well as getting photography sign off, category approvals and legal sign off for all relevant activity• Project managed ‘Black Friday’ emails, these emails will be featuring Boots best deals. In this project I am responsible for the delivery of the emails which will be deployed across ‘Pre-Black Friday and ‘Black Friday’ events. Staring of with developing creative for the email to strategically placing in the best offers• Currently leading the delivery of email activity for Christmas, this includes creating/design of emails and building emails in the CRM system using coding (HTML).• Managing/mentoring a new join in our team. I am also training the new join to use the customer relationship system we use at Boots, I have self-taught the CRM system however I am transferring my skills and knowledge.• I am also responsible for collating information and pulling together reviews of each campaign for both email and direct mail, plus any monitoring of competitor activity where relevant
