Supervises several department including government relation, community, land management and Wakil Kepala Teknik Tambang. January 2002 – June 2003: Part Time Consultant for several area in Indonesia. Assigned to prospecting several area, including laterite Nickel concession in South Sulawesi, South East Sulawesi, and Halmahera. Iron ore project in West Sumatera and coal in North Sumatera. February 2001 – September 2001: Technical Supporting, IVANHOE WORLD.COM Ltd., Jakarta, Indonesia. Technical Support for Broadband Networks Provider at IVANHOE MINES Ltd. sister company. September 1994 – January 2001: Geologist and Government Liaison, Indochina Goldfields Ltd. (Ivanhoe Mines Ltd.), Northwest, Northeast Kalimantan and other areas, Indonesia. Gold and base metal green-fields exploration. Exploration management, prospect generation, prospect appraisal including geological, geochemical and geophysical programs, diamond drilling, rapid and remote regional geological appraisal, acquisition appraisal. The project covered over 4,000,000 hectares of 6th Generation CoW with 6 separate prospects taken to the drilling stage.   Supervises several department including government relation, community, land management, with task including as below: a. Land Management  Administration of current PT IMK Land Management access databases and file systems. Investigation of Land Management issues and claims. Meeting with Kecamatan, Kabupaten, Provincial and Central Government authorities in relation to land management issues. Liaising with the Geology and Security Managers in regard to Land Management claims arising from time to time.  Keep statutory records in relation to any dealings with land owners or representatives. b. Government Relations  Liaise with government on Contract of Work and related matters.  In conjunction with the Project Manager prepare presentations to government.  Maintain good relations with relevant government departments and promote the interests of PT IMK. c. Community Liaison  Maintain good relations with the community through frequent consultation with Kepala Desas, Camat Demang and community representatives.  Administration of current PT IMK Community Relations databases and file systems.  Attend meetings to resolve issues which may arise from time to time. d. General  Weekly reports directly to the Project Manager.  Field staff administration and responsibility for their safety. Wakil Kepala Teknik Tambang with tasks and duties such us: Supervising and responsibility HRD, OHS&T and environmental and ensuring Health and Safety, and Environmental and the whole mining activities within CoW area was carried out according to regulations.
