I currently support the 911 Department, as their Human Resources Specialist. Kris and I work very closely together on many initiatives, but most commonly in recruitment of new Telecommunicators. Kris' industry knowledge and experience is phenomenal. Additionally, he is passionate about developing the 911 team. This passion is so valuable given the challenges that come with the 911 industry in terms of turnover. Outside of industry specific strengths, Kris is literally the best communicator I have met. Written communication and public speaking are the two areas I have been most impressed with. I feel fortunate to work with Kris and the whole 911 team!

I had the pleasure of studying with Kris during our time in Missouri State's Master of Arts in Communication program. When I first met Kris, I found him to be very friendly, welcoming and engaging, a leader who took the initiative in welcoming and getting to know others. During our time in the graduate program I was fortunate enough to get to work with Kris on numerous group projects and found him to be an excellent team partner. He is a diligent, hard worker and an incredibly intelligent and talented individual, one who possesses fantastic written and oral communication skills. Not surprisingly, Kris excelled in his graduate program and gained the respect of both his professors and peers. I am confident that Kris will continue his path of excellence throughout his career. It would be any organization's good fortune to employ Kris, as they will reap the rewards of his talent and strong work ethic.
