Position Purpose :The TSE would be responsible for creating value for PSI brands / products among Doctors & stores and reducing stock-outs by nurturing the relationship between PSI and the retailers/ Doctors/trade partners under the supervision. Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for making relevant products available at retail and providers level. • Regularly call the doctors at times suitable to them whether, morning, afternoon or evenings and detail to them company’s products as per guidelines provided by the organisation. • Generate increasing prescriptions & recommendations support from the doctors thru planned visit and as per to the doctors list. • Regularly visit retailers and obtain larger number of orders from retailers / wholesalers / Medical professions / hospitals and other customers by serving as per tour programs approved by the line manager. • Responsible for Universe Expansion (activations) by adding new outlets or providers. (i) Activations Visits - Sales (any outlet which is not activated in 4 visits will be dropped and never revisited). (ii) Monitoring Visits - checking stock, checking and arranging product mix and product display, checking prices and checking competition. • Regular monitoring of stock at semi-wholesale/ Retail Stockiest level (weekly once and sharing the requirement with the line manager every week with report /statement) • Coverage of providers on regular frequency and promote PSI products. • Execute Trade Marketing strategy as shared by the line manager. • Maintain assets in proper order per Manual of Procedures and Policies. • Visiting Semi-wholesalers/ Wholesalers / Stockiest in the area to check & supply product stocks. • Carrying Stocks and ensure building efficiency with retail stockiest. • Submission of reports on a regular basis as per the norms. • Adhering to PSI policy and sales Policy. • Any other responsibility shared by line manager and management.
