  Recruit and place contractors for IT contract, contract to hire & fulltime positions nationwide. • Work closely with Sales Executives, Fulfillment Managers, and Account Managers to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives. • Successfully manage high requirement volumes while meeting tight client SLAs. • Full life cycle recruiting: Source candidates via referrals and database, job boards, social media, cold calling; pre-screen, qualify, interview, assess candidate technical abilities and soft skills; coordinate phone and onsite interviews; offer extension, candidate closing, as well as rate and benefits negotiations. • Work on candidate’s resumes to showcase relevant skills in order to increase their probability of being interviewed by the Hiring Manager. • Conduct candidate interview preparation and post interview debriefings. • Work closely with Human Resources and Onboarding Representatives in conjunction with newly hired contractors to ensure timely completion of any and all required paperwork and screening. • Develop and maintain consistent pipeline of qualified candidates; identify and determine candidate objectives and motivators. • Maintain a consistent and healthy pipeline of candidates for quick reference and closure. • Proactively search for candidates for the client’s requirements which gets frequented often. • Effective experience building strong relationships with candidates actively looking for opportunities as well as with current contractors placed with clients. • Generate leads and new opportunities via conversations and communication with potential candidates, current contractors, and Hiring Managers.
