Prekshya Singh
I met Krishna when she was a freshman and she was one of the first few students who first joined my team. Krishna has shown what a team player she is, yet is able to take command when required. I was instantly impressed when she had joined her first team meeting and had to create a marketing campaign to spread awareness about OMO and present it to the entire team, who she hadn’t met before, aside from me. Krishna not only created an innovative campaign that would in turn increase our social media followers by 400%, she felt comfortable to present as the youngest person in the room, and motivated others to also produce the same level of content. Only 4 months in the role, Krishna would take the responsibility to help onboard three other summer interns and guide them on how working in a startup requires having an agile mind and strong work ethic in order to complete tasks and deliverables. Due to her success as a mentor she would become Lead Brand Ambassador where she piloted the program for OMO and grew our team by an additional 7 members. Krishna is innovative, always eager to provide data driven solutions, and bring her creative ideas to fruition using her charm. She is the consummate professional and a huge asset to any team she is part of.
