Working on my leadership skill this internship gave me more clarity on how a great leader knows how to support his team when to put them in front, and when is the right time for him to take the front line. We can all be minorities in different ways, but the point is that when minorities can be represented they can be empowered they can contribute to the world and believe in themselves. Traveling all alone to another part of the world is itself big learning. This internship helped me in coming across my social responsibilities that we carry. Teaching underprivileged kids over there was an interesting task as they didn't know English. Coming up with new ideas made the classes interesting and enjoyable. Me and other EP from China enjoyed our task. Meeting talented people coming from all over the globe AIESEC family taught me a lot and I was able to see the world differently. Show less
