If the allegations are upheld I draft a Bankruptcy Restrictions Order Report. However, if the individual is a director the report drafted is a Disqualification Report. • Carry out tracing procedures and inspections when required for non-surrender and trading cases. • Prepare reports and briefs for Court hearings.
