I work as part of the global security team focusing on Europe. Our main focus is stable operations, new projects, audit and maintaining the OS on our security devices.We must comply with all company and IT policies and document everything through a ticketing system or management of change function.We are responsible for daily rule updates on our global devices (over 500 firewalls).In my role due to my experience I support the Europe & Asia region for complex installations and projects.I have installed around 30 Palo Alto Firewalls in the last two years and have installed over 100 Cisco ASA Firewalls over the past ten years. I have installed over 200 Checkpoint systems in the last twenty years. I am responsible for the organising & upgrade of the firewall OS in Europe between our team to company standards and I participate in OS upgrades.I am responsible for organising the audits of every rulebase in Europe between our team and I participate in the audits.I have used Checkpoint from 1999 - presentI have used Cisco ASA from 2008 - present and have CCNP Routing and CCNP SecurityI have used Palo Alto from 2016 - present
