I am in charge of six full time team members and twelve agency staff who cover three lines of production. My duties include issuing work for my team members, I Order all raw materials to be sent to my department for the shift, I also book completed jobs onto a computer database as well as a production tracker database. I also help my team so the shift targets are met. I complete area checks, CCPs, SOPs and HACCPs have been completed. Performing test samples to make sure the product is the correct specifications before leaving the factory. If there are any problems I coordinate with the SQS and shift manger. I also organise a routine cleaning within my department this involves cleaning conveyer belts, cooling equipment, walls, floors, and ceilings at B.R.C. standard Show less
