My role at Optiem is to collaborate with account managers, project managers, designers and developers to develop custom web applications and customize CMS's. I often work directly with clients to gather requirements, estimate hours and set expectations.- Lead developer on build of www.dmc.com, a multilingual site rewrite of a Java based solution into Sitecore. Imported 500,000 users from their old system into Sitecore, and wrote login/profile functionality for DMC's club. Architected back-end code and Sitecore structure, as well as implemented solution to handle 6 different languages within one Sitecore container.- Collaboratively re-wrote Entrepreneurship.org, a web site for the Kauffman Foundation, from an Ektron site to Sitecore, which won Sitecore Site of the Year for 2010 (Best Association/Non-Profit Site)- Led the development for Safeguard Properties Vacant Property Registration web application- Led the development of STERIS Life Sciences conversion to a Sitecore driven site. Decided which technologies and site structure was best to utilize. Implemented Lucene indexing for faster, more efficient, site searches and rendering- Developed, in a team environment, COSE.org, CoseMindspring.com and SocialMediaLeaps.com for COSE. All sites were built in Sitecore, utilizing XSLT's to display CMS content and custom C# controls and classes for functionality- Primary developer on NextHomeMortage.com, a multi-state mortgage website for NextHome, a Cleveland based real estate company. A majority of the site's content was built on Ektron, which I installed and customized. I also wrote a custom CMS, in C#/SQL 2005, which allowed NextHome to submit mortgage rates and city/state data- Developed GCPartnership.com, a website for The Greater Cleveland Partnership, the parent company of COSE. Utilizing Sitecore's API, I built a dynamic web site that allowed GCP to easily update and maintain their content.

Short-term consultant project where I tasked to develop, upgrade and maintain the Foodfit.com website. I was tasked to upgrade their outsourced credit card payment process, to PayFlowPro. In addition, I developed a web-based custom reporting tool, using ASP and SQL, that allowed management to track registered users over time.
