Role focused on safely attaining schedule while continually improving processes to improve quality and consistency. Started by running two aluminum trailer models managing nearly 50 welders and assemblers. Increased throughput by 47% and doubled profitability with no capital expenditures or increasing square footage. After putting processes in place to sustain performance, was moved to run two steel weld lines. Increased production volume of both lines, did so while maintaining target efficiency on one model line and doubling the profitability of the second model line.

Launched production of first platform 18 months after start of blank sheet design, launched second platform 10 months later while moving entire product to Gwinner factory from Bismarck factory.
