  I facilitated 4 different elements for over 100+ campers each week. I was able to adapt the elements with equipment such as additional pulley systems and chairs that allowed campers with a variety of disabilities to participate. I practiced safety procedures while off and on all of the elements by checking all the helmets and harnesses and performing checks on the cables and ropes before and after the activities. In the evenings, I would assist in the planning and participate evening programs. I would also perform personal care for campers when needed. Show less
