Kurt is an excellent manager. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to stand behind his team. I enjoyed his management style as it was straight and to the point with very little micro-managing. He expects results and gets them. I would be happy to work with him again in the future.

Although my time working alongside Kurt was brief, it was a positive experience. Kurt is a very technically knowledgeable but is able to share that information at your level of understanding. He is a great teacher and mentor. He is someone you can go to bounce ideas off in order to find a creative solution to a customer’s issue. He is not afraid to take risks. He is able to deliver an answer in a difficult situation in a way you appreciate his straightforwardness and feel confident in his abilities. And in all things, he has a sense of humor.
