Phil and KP Tech have been looking after my business needs for about a year. They manage my Office 365, back up and antivirus solutions. I know that when I ring or e-mail for advice I get values based solutions that address exactly what I need, and nothing that I that don't. Recently my back up failed. Somewhere along the line something at my end went wrong went wrong. When Phil talks about managed backup, he's not kidding. KP Tech called me, remoted in, fixed the problem, let the back up run, checked to see it worked. It wasn't complicated. However, a business without back up is a dangerous thing. What I appreciated is that they called me to alert me to a problem I didn't know I had. Then they communicated throughout the process. I feel comfortable that my business is in good hands. While KP Tech have got some you beaut systems in place, I'm stoked to deal with a local company, and receive great old fashioned service.
