I opted for her service as a communication coach for my 40 staff members. Being hospital owner, it's my experience that staff members especially nurses and housekeeping staffs are trained for their professional work but not in soft skills during their education. I was facing problem with their communication with our patients and relatives.I was searching for soft skill trainer and fortunately I met with koyel and communication training started. She divided all of them in 2 batches and journey started. It was very great experience working with her. She personally trained each and every member. I strongly recommend Koyel as a communication coach..!
