Kowshik was a tremendous asset on the construction of the Pelham DPW project. Not only was he a great representative for his company, he was also a great "partner" with PCI. He takes pride in his work and comes to the table with shared expectations and goals for project success as do the designers!

1080 Leggett Avenue - Took over project from previous superintendent & project manager. Project was 3 months behind schedule. I was able to get the project back on schedule; adding 9M in scope without extending the original completion date. Mt. Siani Endoscopy Center - This project was built in a sub cellar, of one of oldest buildings in Manhattan. I re-engineered aspects of the job that did not work due to the existing conditions. The job was brought in on schedule and under budget. DYN9 - Worked alongside the estimating team to win the job; and worked with the construction team to build the job. This property was partially on railroad property which brought challenges. This was a 5 month 25M project on an accelerated schedule without change orders, unless brought on by the client. We completed this job on time, with 5M in change orders due to existing conditions & client requests.

Took over Ossining Roosevelt School – Project was over budget and grossly behind schedule. I was able to regain the trust of the CM, Architect, & School District. Project was completed on time. Highlands Middle School – 2 phase project. Phase 2 was completed with great satisfaction that the CM put us on their preferred bidders list, and principal wrote a letter of recommendation Colliers Building Management – I am responsible for multiple small interior fit outs with tight timelines Manhattanville College – Kitchen equipment renovation. Project was awarded mid-summer. Through personal resources and connections, I was able to procure the long lead time items within the allotted time. Dobbs Ferry Embassy Center – Working diligently with the town and CM. They rely on my knowledge to re-engineer aspects of the project not provided on the plans & specs. The Mayor and town supervisor came to me directly for updates throughout the project.

Most of the projects below were taken over from previous managers. I was able to regain the clients/architects trust through perseverance and knowledge. The restaurants are now on schedule and within budget. The clients/architects have instilled me with their trust to make decisions on their behalf. While maintaining the professional relationships, I was able to work closely with the architect, owner’s representative, and owner’s contractors to provide us with more work.
