      A unique bar concept located in the heart of the cloud forest natural preserve of the sierra madre occidental mountains, just over one hour away from major tourist destination Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Created in collaboration by world renowned Bar Consultant Martin Kovar and local entrepeneur Marcos Galindo, the one of a kind concept bases on creating one of the first self-sufficient cocktail bars in the world. Cantina Experimental sustainably utilices the surrounding natural elements to produce everything from its own Spirits , beers, wines , liquors and bitters. A team of botanists have been collecting the most unique and distinctive ingredients to create a museum of Mexican flavours that has never been seen before, a sustainable farm gives us the direct access to fruits, vegetables and proteins, the cloud Forrest provides us with herbs, plants and wild coffee giving us the opportunity to create one of the most unique bars experiences in the world.

And that’s not even mentioning Frank, Oscar or Queen Elizabeth herself… Savoy Grill is the very definition of ‘gourmet glamour.’Restored to its former glory at the same time as its namesake hotel underwent a £220-million refit, the Savoy Grill is decked with shimmering chandeliers, polished wood, burnished mirrors and white-clothed tables. Choose from an array of cult classics on the menu such as Steak Tartare chopped at the table, a beautiful Beef Wellington for two and smoked Ham Knuckle, Chicken and Mushroom Pie. Gorgeous grills from a wood-fried charcoal cause a similar stir: from a hearty 400g sirloin on the bone to a beautiful Côte de Boeuf to share.
