  I am working here as a GET, i have experience in production department to control the line flow management and implement the changes if needed. I was there to control all the man power and allocate them work. To simply say i was there for man power management. I also have an experience in IN-process work where I was their to find the issue which decreases the productivity and solve that by implementing the solution where I used different tools of industrial and quality for -1) Increases the productivity and vanishes the losses at rejection end.2) Reduces the complaints at customer end. 3) Increase the profit of money due to reduction of rejection. As a GET I have a experience in more than single department. I also work at CMM faro for few days, i know the basic of Coordinate measuring machine. Now I am working in quality assurance department where I am doing a Pre dispatch inspection and part inspection and different tools which are used to measure the parts and implement the changes for quality issue ( make different gauges for checking purpose, solving the quality issue by fabricate the mandrel and changes in fixture for productivity) we have a team where I am doing my work under my head guidance so it's also a team management effort.   Allotted Department is INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING:- I was there to increase the productivity of the line and to reduce the NVA process in every stage. Thoroughly analysing the process to find out the main reason behind increased time and man power. I manage to implement the changes in each station. I got a project on paint department to analyse the short blasting process and find out the total time consumed at every stage and to implement the changes if needed.
