Kourtnie joined our team first as a Community Intern and then earned a full-time Community Associate position She quickly infused the community with her excitement to creatively connect people around their shared passion -- plants. She helped both the community and marketing teams start to create content at scale, built out a content calendar, and was instrumental in implementing a cross-functional content strategy. She also kicked off the creative for a joint marketing initiative with one of our clients, The Chicago Flower Show, that resulted in an additional $4800 in ticket sales for the show.
