Anyone who has worked with Kourtney knows that she has a genuine passion for writing. Her ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and translate them into easily digestible content made her a key contributor on our team. Kourtney worked on a variety of projects such as in-product copy, user guides, and support documentation. Kourtney was eventually responsible for producing all of the support documentation for our product, which is especially impressive considering the amount of new features and enhancements that are released on a bi-weekly cadence. Kourtney is also a great team player and is willing to contribute on any level. She is a pleasure to work with and would be a huge asset to any company.
