Working directly for the citizens was an overwhelming experience these few years, and I’m glad that I contributed to making their/our life a little bit easier. Some of the responsibilities that I had: social media management, social media campaigns, crisis management (disinformation, coronavirus etc...), SM team management, video conferencing, live streaming, creative thinking for events management (bank holiday celebrations, forums, social events etc...), creative design, branding, user flow, UI and maintenance of forum/campaign websites, maintenance of the main gov website and many more. With my expertise in UI/UX and testing we managed to simplify the bureaucracy and to deliver the important information as soon as possible.

Awesome opportunity to work for IoT and connected vehicle platform provider. Working with them was an exceptional experience, since I covered multiple steps of the processes. Starting with just a plain brief and basic idea, then elaborating it into a fully functioning product through all the necessary steps and difficulties. Here was my first major role in researching, UX improvement through the new UI and web design with A/B testing, analytical follow-up of the web conversion rates, marketing campaigns and ads. Also, digital design, mobile UI and apps through testing and working closely with the dev teams, implementation and beta testing.There we started a new product, Pointio. A loyalty mobile app for users (mostly truckers and long-distance drivers in general) to get points for buying things they were going to buy anyway. Perfect win-win scenario. And apart from the rewards, they can plan their trips (fuel map) so they can get even more points for the rewards.

Here I worked on large companies marketing concepts and ideas mostly through social media and few guerrilla campaigns. Had a mixed role as creative director and lead designer since we worked on various social media campaigns, daily creatives, in-house photo product studio, analysis of the competitors and implementation of marketing concepts ad ideas on a top-level client satisfaction. As a long-established company, they were in need of a full rebranding to raise their brand to be even more recognisable and to extend their network of stores. My approach was to start fresh to re-build the company from the ground up. Starting with the brand identity and guidelines (logo design, collateral, UI design of the web and internal management app, marketing materials, store/retail design, packaging and product design etc...) and through innovative marketing campaigns, management, realisation and coordination of the teams (sales, logistics, commerce, design and marketing) we were able to achieve and even outperform the initial goal which proved to be a great success. Not only they extended their network in the same city (as initially requested) we managed to even extend the stores to several other cities, and to grow their team of logistics and employ additional 30 people.
